Hospital Iguassú Maternidade Mariana Bulhões completa um mês de funcionamento

O Hospital Iguassú Maternidade Mariana Bulhões completou seu primeiro mês de funcionamento com o registro de 468 nascimentos, superando a expectativa inicial de 450 partos mensais. Também ocorreram 539 internações e 2.315 atendimentos às gestantes ou recém-nascidos. Deste total, em média, 60% foram para moradoras de Nova Iguaçu, enquanto os outros 40% vieram de outros municípios da Baixada Fluminense. Os números já mostram a importância da nova maternidade da rede municipal para a região, que voltou a fazer parte da história da cidade ao ser inaugurada pela Prefeitura em 3 de abril e entrar em funcionamento no dia 5.

O prefeito Rogerio Lisboa destaca os esforços para reabrir o Hospital Iguassú com infraestrutura adequada, mantendo seu valor histórico para a cidade. “É uma imensa alegria ver a unidade em funcionamento e saber que hoje, a história de novos iguaçuanos tem início em nossa nova maternidade”, comentou ele.

Uma das prioridades estabelecidas pela Secretaria Municipal de Saúde (SEMUS) de Nova Iguaçu é oferecer um atendimento humanizado, por meio de um ambiente acolhedor e seguro, para as gestantes, puérperas, bebês e seus acompanhantes. Desde a recepção, os consultórios, locais de exames e salas de parto, a unidade foi projetada para oferecer uma experiência única aos seus frequentadores.

“Mais de 460 bebês nasceram no Hospital Iguassú em seu primeiro mês de funcionamento. É um número expressivo que ressalta a importância da maternidade para toda a região. Estamos contentes com o resultado e trabalhando para oferecer um atendimento cada vez mais humanizado e de qualidade para as pacientes que passarem por nossa unidade”, comemora o secretário de saúde de Nova Iguaçu, Luiz Carlos Nobre Cavalcanti.

O diretor-geral, Adriano Pereira, falou sobre os desafios superados pelas equipes no primeiro mês de funcionamento da unidade de saúde. “É uma maternidade nova em funcionamento, com uma realidade que precisamos nos adaptar, mas que também vem se destacando pelo acolhimento e atendimento humanizado, com uma estrutura moderna que garante mais conforto e qualidade aos usuários”.

 Partos humanizados e projetos de acolhimento

A maternidade também se destaca por oferecer opções de parto humanizado, permitindo que a gestante participe ativamente das decisões durante todo o processo. Desde a escolha da música ambiente e o uso de técnicas complementares, como a aromaterapia e a cromoterapia, o hospital proporciona um ambiente de parto tranquilo e respeitoso.

Duas das grandes novidades são as salas de pré-parto, parto e pós-parto e o espaço partejar, que foram criados para proporcionar um ambiente acolhedor para o nascimento do bebê. Ambos espaços oferecem um conjunto de práticas e procedimentos que irão auxiliar a mulher no momento do parto natural. Enfermeiros obstétricos participam ativamente deste momento.

Além disso, a maternidade implementou ações de cuidados com a mulher, como um SPA, onde as pacientes recebem serviços de beleza e massagens relaxantes uma a duas vezes por semana. O estúdio fotográfico temático também é uma novidade, oferecendo ensaios newborn, ensaio de gestante e ensaio de mãe com o bebê, de acordo com a demanda.

Pacientes elogiam o atendimento

Com 35 semanas de gestação, Isabella Lucas, de 20 anos, está internada aguardando ansiosa pela chegada da pequena Lorena. Moradora de Belford Roxo, ela revela que sua experiência dentro do Hospital Iguassú Maternidade Mariana Bulhões tem sido positiva. “Fiquei sabendo do hospital pela minha médica de pré-natal, que me indicou. No começo, fiquei receosa, mas estou sendo muito bem atendida. O hospital é ótimo”, conta.

Os projetos da maternidade buscam tornar o período dentro do hospital mais agradável para as pacientes, principalmente aquelas que ficam internadas por longos períodos, como conta Ana Paula dos Santos, de 42 anos. “Estou me sentindo em um hospital particular”.

Maria Eduarda Silva, de 19 anos, também elogiou a maternidade. “Eu achei bom o hospital, é perto da nossa residência, rápido, fácil, melhorou muito para Nova Iguaçu e nos ajudou muito também”, disse ela, após receber uma massagem relaxante nos pés.
