A Escolagov (Fundação Escola de Governo de MS), em parceria com a UEMS (Universidade Estadual de Mato Grosso do Sul), está com inscrições abertas até o próximo domingo (05) para o Processo Seletivo do curso superior de Tecnologia em Gestão Pública.

Oferecido na modalidade EaD, a graduação é destinada aos servidores públicos efetivos do Poder Executivo Estadual, preferencialmente sem formação superior. São ofertadas 9 vagas para o polo de Coxim, 3 vagas para Mundo Novo e cadastro reserva para Dourados.

O curso visa a capacitação de profissionais para assumir liderança na gestão pública, com foco no fomento do desenvolvimento sustentável por meio de práticas alinhadas às políticas inclusivas.

“Investir em capacitação dos servidores é um dos pilares da gestão de pessoas para o futuro, definidos do Governo do Estado. Quando são oferecidas oportunidades de formação como esse curso superior, além da modernização nos processos, os ganhos alcançam os servidores que se especializam e avançam na carreira, bem como, a população que receberá um atendimento ainda mais qualificado”, aponta o secretário de Estado de Administração, Frederico Felini.

Conforme a diretora-presidente da Escola de Governo, Ana Paula Assunção, os objetivos do curso abrangem não apenas a transmissão de conhecimentos teóricos e práticos, mas também o estímulo ao desenvolvimento crítico dos participantes, promovendo reflexões profundas sobre os aspectos sociais, políticos, econômicos, culturais e ambientais que permeiam a gestão pública.

O curso de Tecnologia em Gestão Pública busca capacitar servidores para uma melhor atuação nas práticas do cotidiano, destaca a diretora de Graduação Pós-Graduação e Pesquisa da EscolaGov, Suzana Neves Moreira.

“Atualmente estão abertas as inscrições para as vagas remanescentes de Coxim e Mundo Novo e para cadastro de reserva para Dourados. As atividades do curso iniciarão agora em maio com um ciclo de palestras (online), para que os estudantes comecem a se ambientar com as atividades síncronas e uma série de atividades na plataforma virtual para que possam se familiarizar com os recursos digitais, seus usos e como as disciplinas serão ofertadas”, ressaltou Suzana.
