Campus Miracatu inicia as atividades com oferta de 150 vagas em cursos de Extensão – IFSP
Iniciativa visa promover desenvolvimento e atualização de conhecimentos
Aula síncrona do curso de Agente de Educação Ambiental, realizado na modalidade a distânciaO Campus Miracatu do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de São Paulo (IFSP) está dando início ao semestre com uma proposta educacional ampla e inclusiva para o município e região. Anunciando a abertura de 150 vagas em quatro novos cursos de Extensão, a iniciativa surge como resposta às demandas identificadas em diálogo constante com a sociedade local e busca promover o desenvolvimento, a atualização e o aperfeiçoamento de conhecimentos.
Aula presencial realizada pela professora Suzana MendonçaOs cursos oferecidos incluem o de Agente de Educação Ambiental, com 40 horas de duração, Noções Básicas do Direito do Consumidor, com 30 horas, Português para ENEM e Vestibulares, também com 40 horas, e História para o ENEM, com 32 horas. Esses cursos foram criados com o intuito de atender às necessidades da comunidade, identificadas por meio de uma efetiva interação dialógica.
Os cursos visam promover o desenvolvimento, a atualização e o aperfeiçoamento de conhecimentos, em uma parceria estratégica com o Arranjo Produtivo Local (APL) e a Prefeitura Municipal de Miracatu.
Professora Kátia Alves e alunasA seleção dos alunos foi realizada por meio de um processo seletivo gratuito, baseado na ordem de inscrição e respeitando as cotas para grupos prioritários. Os cursos abrangem áreas de conhecimento essenciais, como a ambiental, com o curso de Agente de Educação Ambiental, que se alinha com a rica biodiversidade local, questões que envolvem a sustentabilidade e também as áreas de ecoturismo da região. Os dois cursos preparatórios para o ENEM preenchem uma lacuna importante, pois Miracatu não possui cursinhos preparatórios para o exame. Já o curso de Direito do Consumidor estabelece uma conexão vital com associações comerciais e empreendedores locais.
Aula da professora Ana Lucia LaraO Campus Miracatu tem grandes expectativas para esses cursos, visando contribuir significativamente para a inclusão social, o desenvolvimento regional e a disseminação do conhecimento. O diretor-geral, Prof. Luiz Felipe B. Martins, enfatiza que esses cursos são apenas o começo de um projeto maior, que busca a consolidação do campus e a oferta contínua de novos cursos de Extensão, sempre em sintonia com as necessidades da comunidade e do mercado local.
