Aliança promove a Tenda Comida de Criança no Rio – Aliança Pela Alimentação Adequada e Saudável

No último dia 14 o GT Comida de Criança, da Aliança pela Alimentação Adequada e Saudável, promoveu a “Tenda Comida de Criança” na Clínica da Família Klebel de Oliveira Rocha, em Olaria, zona norte do Rio de Janeiro.

O evento atraiu cerca de 15 mulheres, a maioria gestantes ou com crianças pequenas, que se envolveram nas atividades interativas propostas pela tenda. Sob a coordenação de Maria Birman, nutricionista e membra da Aliança, as atividades incluíram quiz, um tabuleiro para classificar alimentos e outros exercícios lúdicos que estimulam o pensamento crítico e despertam bastante interesse. “As pessoas adoraram a estética da Tenda e as atividades que estavam rolando, o que fez muita gente parar para saber o que estava acontecendo”, disse Maria.

O evento também contou com a participação de profissionais da Unidade Básica de Saúde (UBS) e residentes, além de estagiários que acompanharam as atividades como forma de aprendizado. Maria destaca a receptividade positiva dos profissionais em relação à abordagem interativa do evento: “Nosso material promove a interatividade, o que permite que seja adaptável, e por isso possa ser replicado em vários espaços. As pessoas gostaram dessa educação em saúde que é menos formal e mais lúdica. Muitas vezes, nas clínicas e UBS, as atividades de alimentação e nutrição acabam tendo um caráter mais vertical”.

A iniciativa inovadora do GT Comida de Criança trouxe uma perspectiva mais dinâmica e envolvente para o tema da alimentação infantil, possibilitando maior engajamento e participação das pessoas presentes. O evento foi elogiado pelos participantes e profissionais, demonstrando o impacto positivo que abordagens criativas podem ter na promoção de uma alimentação adequada e saudável para crianças e adultos.
