Programa Portas Abertas já atendeu mais de 2.000 munícipes

O programa Portas Abertas, iniciativa da Prefeitura de São José dos Campos, atingiu a marca de 2.000 munícipes atendidos desde 2021. O programa visa auxiliar quem busca capacitação profissional para inserção ou recolocação no mercado de trabalho.
O Portas Abertas foi implantado em 2021 com a finalidade de compartilhar recursos, abrindo e disponibilizando as unidades da Fundhas (Fundação Hélio Augusto de Souza) para munícipes realizarem cursos de capacitação profissional gratuitos e desenvolverem atividades de esporte, cultura e lazer.
Oportunidade
Richard de Souza, 16 anos, fez o curso de Corte de Cabelo Básico em 2023 e aprova a iniciativa do município. “Eu aprendi muita coisa. Foi uma ótima experiência que abriu portas para mim profissionalmente”, diz.
“No curso conheci outras pessoas, aprendi receitas maravilhosas e técnicas que me ajudam a melhorar muito meus bolos“, conta Izabel Barbosa, que fez o curso de Bolos e Tortas em 2022.
“Hoje faço para minha família e para meus amigos, ainda em pequena escala, mas pretendo expandir meu pequeno negócio”, completou.
Nesses anos, foram ofertados 56 cursos, entre: administração de condomínios, confeiteiro, padeiro e outros.
São cursos gratuitos presenciais com alto índice de empregabilidade e possibilidades reais de geração de renda para munícipes de São José, em parceria com o Cephas, Senac e Senai (Serviço Nacional da Indústria), além de outros parceiros.
A manutenção e ampliação da oferta de novos cursos pela Fundhas e pelo Cephas (Colégio de Educação Profissional Hélio Augusto de Souza) é mais um compromisso cumprido do Plano de Gestão 2021-2024.
