Operação Ferro-Velho interdita dois estabelecimentos irregulares em Sorocaba
A Prefeitura de Sorocaba, por meio do Setor de Fiscalização de Posturas da Secretaria Planejamento e Desenvolvimento Urbano (Seplan), com o apoio da Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM), interditou temporariamente, nesta quinta-feira (20), um ferro-velho que funcionava irregularmente no Jardim Itapemirim, Zona Oeste da cidade. Outro ponto, no Parque São Bento (Zona Norte), foi interditado na quarta-feira (19), também decorrente de Operação Ferro-Velho.
Os endereços fiscalizados foram definidos a partir de denúncias e informações apuradas pelos fiscais. O estabelecimento no Jardim Itapemirim teve que encerrar as atividades temporariamente, após notificação de advertência pela falta de licença de funcionamento. O local somente poderá reabrir após o proprietário regularizar a situação administrativa.
Ainda na quinta-feira (20), outro comércio na Zona Oeste da cidade, mas no Parque Manchester, foi alvo de fiscalização. Na ocasião, o responsável retirava os materiais para a entrega do galpão. O mesmo informou que o local estará limpo até a próxima semana. Mais dois pontos foram fiscalizados durante a ação, ambos no Parque São Bento, Zona Norte da cidade. Eles estavam fechados e, aparentemente, desativados.
Na quarta-feira (19), a Seplan interditou temporariamente um estabelecimento no Parque São Bento por falta de alvará. Outro, mas no Jardim Itapemirim, foi multado, por reincidência na falta de licença para funcionamento. Por sua vez, um no Jardim Wanel Ville (Zona Oeste) estava fechado no momento da ação.
A Operação Ferro-Velho tem o objetivo de coibir casos de receptação de materiais sem procedência ou alvo de furto, além de checar denúncias e identificar possíveis ocorrências nos âmbitos criminal e administrativo.
