Prefeitura regulamenta jornada de 30 horas para Psicólogos – CGNotícias

A Prefeitura de Campo Grande regulamentou a jornada de 30 horas para psicólogos em ato de sanção do projeto de lei complementar 922/2024, que aconteceu na última sexta-feira (10). A lei complementar oportuniza o cumprimento da jornada de trabalho em seis horas ininterruptas.

O presidente do CRP-MS, Walkes Jacques Vargas, considera que o dia é histórico para Campo Grande, que se torna referência para o Brasil. Para ele, a lei é um grande avanço para a categoria, que trabalha diretamente com a saúde mental da população e proporciona bem-estar emocional, além de tantos outros benefícios.

“É um dia para ser lembrado e comemorado, após anos de luta. É um momento de muita alegria e celebração. É uma luta nacional de muitos anos e aqui no município não foi diferente, já que a categoria que atua no serviço público municipal vinha tentando essa conquista em lei.”

A prefeita Adriane recebeu os representantes da categoria e do Conselho Regional de Psicologia (CRP) e, na ocaisão, disse que a administração municipal mantém a construção em prol das categorias por meio de diálogo e encontrado caminhos para avançar com responsabilidade em todas as demandas dos servidores.

A ex-presidente do Conselho Regional de Psicologia, psicóloga Marilene Kovalski, destaca que a jornada de 30 horas proporciona qualidade de vida e saúde aos profissionais.

“A legislação vem para corroborar com um decreto que já é exercido. Além disso, fica garantida a qualidade de vida dessa categoria que cuida da população, é o cuidar de quem cuida. Então, é importante para que esses profissionais possam realizar um trabalho de qualidade e ter o seu tempo de descanso, cuidar da família e até se especializar mais”.

Para o psicólogo Paulo Carvalho, que atua na atenção primária da Secretaria Municipal de Saúde, quem cuida precisa estar bem para poder cuidar do outro.

“Primeiramente conseguimos um projeto autorizativo, onde cada secretário poderia deliberar se a categoria poderia fazer ou não as 30 horas, e isso não trazia segurança, pois podia ser mudado da noite para o dia. Agora,  o resultado é super positivo para os profissionais no âmbito do serviço municipal, já que está em lei e nos ampara”.

A psicóloga da Secretaria de Assistência Social (Sas), Bethânia Porto, trabalha há seis anos na área e destaca que a lei consolida o direito da categoria e ainda auxilia numa melhor produtividade.

“Houve um estudo recente que mostrou que as 30 horas eram mais produtivas, mais efetivas e trazem qualidade de vida aos profissionais. Ficou demonstrado que os resultados em produtividade e qualidade no trabalho são maiores do que quando o exercício da profissão é feito em 40 horas. A lei consolida tudo aquilo que a gente veio mostrando na prática”.

A lei não se aplica à jornada estabelecida aos psicólogos integrantes da Equipe Multidisciplinar e eventuais situações análogas; e não se aplica à jornada estabelecida ao servidor ocupante de cargo em comissão ou designado para desempenhar função de confiança.
