Whatsapp da Prefeitura passa a atender por mensagens de áudio

Tem novidade no Whatsapp da Prefeitura de São José dos Campos. Agora também é possível encaminhar mensagens de áudio, e a ferramenta retornará com a informação desejada.
A interação é muito simples. Basta clicar no ícone do aplicativo que fica no topo do site www.sjc.sp.gov.br ou adicionar o número (12) 3600-2555. Em seguida, é só escrever uma saudação (olá, por exemplo) e continuar a conversa por voz.
Para quem prefere digitar, a opção do diálogo por texto funciona normalmente. Ambas as formas objetivam atender os cidadãos de maneira eficaz e rápida, sem burocracia.
Do próprio celular ou da tela do computador (no caso dos que usam a versão web do Whatsapp), é possível ter acesso às informações sobre os serviços sem precisar sair de casa nem enfrentar filas. Como toda nova tecnologia, a ferramenta passa por constantes ajustes para melhorar a experiência do cidadão.
Balanço
Iniciado em 11 de março de 2022, o sistema atingiu o número de 14.459 pessoas no dia 26 de abril de 2024. Em pouco mais de 2 anos de atividade, foram 20.596 atendimentos.
Dia a dia, o número de adeptos vem crescendo. Somente neste ano, foram 4.771 cidadãos que utilizaram o aplicativo de mensagens da Prefeitura para ter acesso a informações sobre algum tipo de serviço disponível na base de dados.
Tributos e parcelamento de débitos, respectivamente com 45,15% e 23,79%, lideram o ranking de conteúdos mais acessados nesses 24 meses. Os temas que vêm na sequência são saúde, abertura de processos e concursos. Trânsito, ônibus, certidões mobiliárias e imobiliárias também aparecem como assuntos populares nas pesquisas.

- Saúde – 1.295
- Abertura de processos – 1.083
