Appmax realizou transações da Mega Prime Estore que aplicou golpe e lesou centenas de pessoas – Diário Prime
AppMax plataforma que opera no endereço appmax.com.br responderá na justiça por danos morais causado a um empresário no estado de Mato Grosso, isso pelo fato que um golpista utilizou se da marca megalojaprime.com.br para aplicar golpes na internet, o site usado para aplicar o golpe é megaprimeestore.com e no titulo do site utilizava o nome loja mega prime.
O empresário Ueslei Mendes de Souza começou a receber em seu telefone particular dezenas de reclamações por parte de clientes que havia sido levado no site megaprimeestore.com. O mesmo entrou em contato com Appmax a fim de solucionar o problema, no primeiro momento uma das funcionarias disse que a empresa não havia conseguido identificar o suposto golpista.
Ueslei Mendes de Souza havia enviado para Appmax dezenas de prints e comprovante de pagamentos que o mesmo havia coletado através das pessoas que haviam sido enganadas pela megaprimeestore.
Na tentativa de solucionar o problema o empresário teve seu contato bloqueado por uma das colaboradora da Appmax, em um segundo contato com a empresa o mesmo também não teve suas [ultimas mensagens respondida.
Ueslei relatou também que em seu perfil no TikTok muitas pessoas estão lhes chamando de ladrão e golpista, vale ressaltar que a empresa Appmax responde também independentemente da existência de culpa conforme o artigo 14 do CDC (Código de defesa do Consumidor).
Art. 14. O fornecedor de serviços responde, independentemente da existência de culpa, pela reparação dos danos causados aos consumidores por defeitos relativos à prestação dos serviços, bem como por informações insuficientes ou inadequadas sobre sua fruição e riscos.
No site Reclame Aqui podemos observar que centenas de pessoas fazem apelo a Appmax, elas alegam que compraram produtos e não receberam. Vale ressaltar que Appmax transacionou todos os pagamentos, ganhando assim uma porcentagem por essas transações.
Ueslei Mendes disse que já tomou todas as medidas cabíveis em relação a Appmax que até o presente momento não identificou o golpista que aplicou o golpe usando a marca Mega Loja Prime.
